WARNER ROBINS, GA - Studio 8 provided comprehensive architectural, engineering and construction administration for this new 104-unit senior housing community located in Warner Robins, GA. This community is adjacent to Crosswinds Apartments (a new 72-unit apartment community designed by Studio 8), and was built at the same time. The design reflects the needs of the client in providing energy efficient, affordable housing to the community. In addition to one three-story residential building with a drive-thru covered entry, the new community provides exceptional resources to residents. Amenities include a community room, exterior gathering area, washer/dryers, furnished exercise/fitness center, and swimming pool.
