Gateway at the Green

GREENVILLE, SC - "Gateway at the Green" is a new workforce housing community for families developed by The Gateway Companies in partnership with SC State Housing and the City of Greenville, South Carolina. The complex provides 72 apartment units, and a community building that features social gathering areas, a fitness center, computer center, and a leasing office. Exterior amenities such as a multi-station playground and mail kiosk are also provided. The site was designed and constructed to provide existing wetlands protection in a beautiful, wooded location and is in close proximity to businesses, shopping, and medical centers. The complex was built by Creative Builders, Inc. of Greenville, SC and is certified to be accessible, energy efficient per the EarthCraft Multi-Family program, and to meet the stringent requirements of the SC Housing program.
