Children’s Imagination Station at Turner Center for the Arts
VALDOSTA, GA - Located in the heart of downtown Valdosta’s City Center Arts District, the Children’s Imagination Station is a unique destination for learning. The 10,000 SF facility houses engaging STEAM-based exhibits that focus on workforce skills needed for careers in science, technology, engineering, art, and math. As the architect, Studio 8 worked collaboratively with exhibit designers and fabricators in developing the interactive areas. The Imagination Station is named after Meta Shaw Coleman, a life-long educator and was made possible from a generous donation from Dan and Carolyn Coleman. This facility reflects an engaging environment supporting educational opportunities for children.
