Vallihi Historic Adaptive Reuse

FORT VALLEY, GA - “Vallihi” is a developer driven project for the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the old Fort Valley High School. The building had been abandoned for 45 years.  When the project is complete, the building will become affordable housing apartments for seniors. The project is being historically documented and is following requirements of the National Park Service. It also is EarthCraft certified for sustainability.
