Nine Oaks Apartments

TIFTON, GA - This new residential community is designed to provide affordable housing and to help revitalize an important part of the City of Tifton. The apartment community has 56 units consisting of one, two, and three bedrooms. Amenities include a playground, community gardens, and a community center. The name of the complex, Nine Oaks, is in memory of nine children who lost their lives in a bus accident in 1959. Nine Oak trees were planted on the property in memory of the nine children. Studio 8 is so grateful to have been selected as the architect for this important project which establishes a legacy for those lost.
