Lakeview Garden Apartments

LAKE PARK, GA - Studio 8 provided comprehensive architectural, engineering and construction administration for this project. Lakeview Gardens is an 80 unit apartment community within the city limits of Lake Park in South Georgia. The entrance to the project is across from the local, public golf course and has accessible transportation as well as many recreational and retail establishments. The project is Phase 1 of a 2 Phase project with lake frontage to be enjoyed by the residents. 

Amenities include a playground and community building with fitness center, computer center, and on-site laundry. There is also a fenced swimming pool on site located behind the community building.
