Appling County Jail Renovations and Additions

BAXLEY, GA - This $3.7 million expansion of the Appling County Jail includes a 14,058 SF Housing Pod Addition and connecting corridor. Designed to meet the needs of the County, the addition provides 87 new inmate beds. The project also includes medical facilities including medical isolation, nurses station, exam room, and secure drug storage. The project was completed in July 2019 using a Construction Manager at Risk construction process.
